Pregnancy Signs, Symptoms, and Information

You might be feeling excited. You might be nervous. Or you may simply be wondering if you’re pregnant. If you’ve missed a period or noticed symptoms like nausea, fatigue, or tender breasts, it may be time to find out for sure.

First Things First

Taking a pregnancy test is the first step in confirming a pregnancy. At the Women’s Resource Center, we offer free and confidential pregnancy testing so you can get clear answers and know what steps to take next.

No Matter What Your Not Alone

You don’t have to face this moment alone. Our team is here to listen, support you, and help you understand your options.

Common Early Pregnancy Symptoms

Every woman’s body is different, but some of the most common early signs of pregnancy include:

  • Missed period

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Fatigue or unusual tiredness

  • Tender or swollen breasts

  • Frequent urination

  • Food cravings or aversions

  • Mood changes

Confirming Your Pregnancy

If your pregnancy test is positive, the next important step is confirming the pregnancy with an ultrasound. An ultrasound can help determine:

  • How far along the pregnancy is

  • Whether the pregnancy is viable

  • Important details needed before making decisions about next steps

Our center offers limited obstetrical ultrasounds at no cost to help provide the information you need.
